Implementation Evaluation Control

After the first year of startup we as a whole would evaluate how the plan is being put into action and see what things could be improved, what things we are not doing, things were doing well, things we can work on, etc. This would be done after a whole year to get a good view on how the different quarters are effected by certain things. The plan is solid it just takes a good distribution plan to really bring it home other than that from production to sale it is a perfect product.
“Once the first steps to implementation are taken, evaluation and control will help guide the organization to success as laid out by the marketing plan.” (MKTG, 28)
“Implementation is the process that turns a marketing plan into action assignments and ensures that these assignments are executed in a way that accomplishes the plan's objectives.”
(MKTG, 28)
