What
is our products strengths?
It
is small, portable, sweet treat that can compete with other major frozen
treats.
The
fact it is a frozen food is the major weakness for this product because frozen
foods are known to take a major drop in sales. The major external opportunity I
see is with females. This product could be sold as an everybody frozen treat
however we can also seriously focus on the female demographic in the 19 to 45
age group as a late night snack you send your husband or boyfriend to go get
for you at midnight. In my opinion the major threat for this product has to be
the winter season however we could possibly switch it in the direction of a Halloween
and Christmas themed version to boost sales for the winter quarters.
